Does ReBillion overwrite FUB notes I write manually?
No. ReBillion appends notes; it never overwrites or deletes manual notes.
Will it duplicate contact records?
We match on email and phone first, then name. Confirmed duplicates merge into the existing FUB record. Ambiguous matches sit in a review queue.
Can I pick which deals push to FUB?
Yes. Set up routing rules by source, agent, or property type. Some teams sync everything; some sync only buy-side deals.
Is this two-way?
Stage updates are one-way (ReBillion to FUB). Contact and note pushes are bidirectional — changes you make in FUB to a contact propagate back to ReBillion.
