Gmail (consumer and Google Workspace) and Outlook 365 are supported natively via OAuth. Both work read-only by default; reply-sending is opt-in per user.

Does ReBillion send replies on my behalf without approval?

No. Every draft sits in your TC review queue. You can approve, edit, or reject. Auto-send is opt-in per thread category.

How does it attribute an email to the right deal?

We use property address, party names, MLS number, and reply-chain matching. Confidence below threshold is surfaced for one-click TC reassignment.

What counts as a deadline-relevant message?

Anything that references a date, contingency, inspection report, appraisal value, loan commitment, title issue, extension request, or closing reschedule.

Is this just a Gmail label or filter?
