Seats
Add or remove seats in-account at any time. Pro-rated to the billing period.
Invoicing
Monthly or annual. Annual gets a discount. Invoices available in-account and emailed to the billing contact.
Payment methods
Credit card, ACH, wire on Enterprise. Net-30 on Enterprise with PO.
Refunds
Pro-rated refund on early cancellation; no refund on month-to-month after the period starts.
Plan changes
Upgrade is immediate; downgrade applies at next billing period.
